David Gardiner, FRICS, PMP

With more than 25 years of significant experience in the industry both in Canada and in the United Kingdom, Senior Director David Gardiner has gained comprehensive experience managing real estate portfolios, implementing major change and building new organizational structures.

Prior to joining Altus Group Cost Consulting in 2008 Mr. Gardiner spent seven years at CB Richard Ellis Global Corporate Services where his expertise saw him move up the ranks from Director, Project Management, to Vice President to Senior Managing Director responsible for all national operations and other major initiatives. At CIBC Development Corporation, where he spent seven years in various positions including senior management, Mr. Gardiner was responsible for a variety of operational and strategic initiatives related to the company’s real estate portfolio.
