Lifecycle

Lifecycle of an asset is defined as the period of time between the initial conceptual design through design, construction, operation, maintenance, renewal and ultimate replacement of an asset. There are many activities associated with the lifecycle of an asset, and the ability to recreate these activities as part of a lifecycle analysis is key to effective lifecycle management.
