The practice of inspecting facilities to identify deficiencies or conditions requiring correction, renewal or replacement. Condition Assessments may serve the following purpose: [1] identifying deficiencies and preventive maintenance needs, [2] facility capital improvement plans or alterations, and [3] determination of facility replacement value.
